Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all items are produced specifically for each order.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once production has started, as each item is made specifically for you.

Refunds may only be issued in the case of:

• A faulty or damaged item
• An incorrect item received

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
